Cognitive Insights is a clinic that offers comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults age 18+. We are in network with Medicare and Medicaid. We are able to see patients with traditional Medicare and nearly all Medicare Advantage plans. For anyone not on Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, we would be considered out of network. A superbill can be provided for the patient to receive partial reimbursement using their insurance plan.
Our clinic accepts referrals from medical professionals, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare providers. At Cognitive Insights, we understand the urgency of timely evaluations and strive to offer flexible scheduling options with a short wait time. Once the evaluation is complete, we will provide you with a concise but detailed report and can provide resources and recommendations for next steps. Our reports are tailored to provide you with the information you need to support your patient’s treatment and care. We look forward to partnering with you for your patient’s care.
