About Us

What We Do

Cognitive Insights is a clinic located in Edina, MN that specializes in neuropsychological assessment. We provide comprehensive evaluations of cognitive functions (memory, attention, language, visuospatial, and executive skills), behavior, and psychological well-being that helps aid in the diagnosis, treatment planning, and monitoring of individuals. Looking at a picture of the brain, like in an MRI, can tell us important information but it isn’t the whole story. Neuropsychological assessment can show us the unique strengths and challenges you may have. The assessment can also look at many different factors that may be impacting cognition, such as medical conditions and mood.

The ultimate goal is to make sure that you leave with a better understanding of how you think, what may be contributing to the difficulties you are experiencing, and what you can do in the future to capitalize on your strengths.

Patient-Centered
Data-Informed

Understand your brain

The human brain naturally undergoes shifts and changes throughout life. These variations can be influenced by factors such as aging, medical conditions, injuries, neurological disorders, or neurodivergent conditions like ADHD. At times, you may find yourself experiencing concerns or worries about your cognitive abilities and how they may be affected. In such cases, neuropsychological testing can provide valuable insights into your brain's functioning and help you chart a path forward towards better understanding and improvement.
