Cognitive Insights is a clinic that offers comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults age 18+. We are out-of-network for all insurance plans. We are able to accept patients with Medicare Part B coverage and those with out-of-network Medicare Advantage benefits.
Our clinic accepts referrals from medical professionals, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare providers. At Cognitive Insights, we understand the urgency of timely evaluations and strive to offer flexible scheduling options with a short wait time. Once the evaluation is complete, we will provide you with a concise but detailed report and can provide resources and recommendations for next steps. Our reports are tailored to provide you with the information you need to support your patient’s treatment and care. We look forward to partnering with you for your patient’s care.
